With broadly conical pointed frontal horns. Body yellowish-white, 1.1-1.7 mm long, paired brownish-red areas present on the dorsum and with wax secreted especially on the sides of the abdomen. Apterae maybe entirely yellow with paired sclerotic patches on abdominal tergites 1-4 and transverse bars on 5-7.
