Body length 3.5-4.5mm; elytral declivity has four spines on each side, the third spine is the largest and distinctly capitate, the declivity is shiny with distinct punctures; in the middle of the front edge of the frons of the male are shiny tubercles; the black pronotum is tubercled in the front and is finely punctured in the back.
