Body 18-21 mm length, medium tgo dark brown, head and pronotum tending to black.; antennal club with three long lamella, lamellae of segments 7 and 6 progressively shorter; pronotum 1.55 times as wide as long, lateral margins broadly rounded, midlateral angle hardly visible, with narrow raised, defined anterior margin continuoys from side to side, posterior margin not defined by groove; frons and pronotum with short setae contained within punctures, elytra with minute setae and scattered longer setae.
