Adults body length range 2.5-3.0mm, body black with antennae and legs reddish brown and elytra dull; frons without longitudinal carina, frons and vertex closely and coarsely punctured; pronotum quadrate, as long as wide and constricted anteriorly; interstriae flat, wider than striae; elytral declivity with erect seta.
