Apterous adult: Body pear-shaped, 1.5-2.2 mm long, shiny dark brown to black. Siphunculi black, slightly tapering to apical flange, approximately 3.5 to 4.5 times as long as wide, much longer than cauda. Antennal terminal process approximately 4 - 5 times length of base of antennal segment VI.
Alatae : Body 1.7-2.1 mm. Siphunculi black and longer than hind tarsi.
