Diagnostic Notes
Body predominantly yellow or predominantly orangish to brown. Scutum entirely microtrichose, microtrichia evenly distributed, or at most with small presutural, medial bare area. Forewing: Cell c microtrichia present except posterior or posteromedial bare area (bare area larger than microtrichose area. Anterior apical band or costal band extended to vein M.

Male genitalia: Outer surstylus shape in posterior view short, somewhat boot-shaped, truncate and with apex slightly laterally projected.

Female terminalia: Syntergosternite 7 straight; shorter than rest of body, but longer than preabdomen, or shorter than preabdomen; 2.25–3.4 mm; base with a laterally projecting flap; tubular. Ratio of syntergosternite 7 length to mesonotum length 0.63–0.83. Dorsobasal scales of eversible membrane numerous, very large, hook-like, in triangular pattern. Aculeus length 2.05–3.1 mm; tip length 0.27–0.45 mm; tip width 0.12–0.17 mm; shaft parallel-sided except extreme base. Aculeus tip gradually tapering, needle-like, with flat cross-section; fused to main part of aculeus, not movable; 55–85% serrated; with minute serration, visible only with compound microscope. Three sclerotized spermathecae. Spermathecae ovoid.
