description


Diagnosis: Like. L. speculatum. Both sexes with body black. Female with frons reticulate, mesoscutum bilobed anteriorly, punctation moderately coarse, dorsal surface of propodeum striate, defined by posterolateral carinae, dorsal rim weakly recessed mesially. male with antennae moderately long, S3 and S4 with dense, long plumose hair across posterior margins; forewings with 2nd r-m as string as 1st r-m.
