Nomia flavoviridis Cockerell, T.D.A. 1905. New Australian bees of the genus Nomia. Entomologist 38: 217–223 [222].
Type data: Syntype(s) BMNH 2? (a specimen is labelled 'type' and has registration number Hym.17.a.1744), Mackay, QLD.

Type data: Holotype ZMB ?, Sialum, Papua New Guinea (as German New Guinea).
