The adults are moths of size smaller than microlepidoptera, greyish brown in color with a wing spread of 12.0-15.0 mm. The body is 6.0- 7.0 mm long with zigzag colored pattern. Wing apex is yellowish brown, hind wing is smaller to silver grey plumose and silvery antennae are longer than wings body.
