23 or more antennal segments. Lateral one or two teeth on maxillipede coxosternite of similar size to medial teeth, more anteriorly placed than medial teeth. Porodont on lateral part of maxillipede tooth row; tergites smooth or gently wrinkled; never less than 3 ocelli on each side, usually more.
