Adult

Body about 2 mm or longer, white. . Head with ocelli 8+8; postantennal organ quite broad but shorter than width of ant.I. Ratio of longest setae at tip of abdomen: mucro between 2.0 and 4.0; manubrium with numerous (16-32) ventral (anterior) setae; dens with 20-40 ventral (anterior) setae and 7-10 dorsal (posterior) setae; ventral side of the third thoracic segment has 2+2 or 3+3 setae.

Immature

Body elongate; scales absent; pseudocelli absent; postantennal organ present or absent; dentes without multidentate spines; abd.IV subequal to or shorter than abd.III; first thoracic segment reduced or hidden beneath second segment, if visible, then without dorsal setae; trunk segments dissimilar; thoracic and abdominal segments distinct, occasionally with last 2 or 3 abdominal segments fused.
