2.8-4.6mm. Eyes weakly convex, almost flat, hardly protruding from sides of head. Head between eyes almost flat, with a short, longitudinal furrow, punctured, but shining in worn specimens. Elytral setae longer, as long as or longer than width of interstices and clearly curved.  (Morris 1997)
