Description:

Fruit appendages: Sharp tip

Fruit Colour: Brown, Straw coloured

Fruit Length: 5 - 7mm

Fruit shape: Clavate (club shaped), Slightly compressed

Seed Colour: Orange

Seed Length: 1 - 2mm

Seed Sculpture: Rugose

Seed Shape: Ovoid

The fruits are club shaped (6-8 mm long, 5 mm wide) and have three chambers; the upper two chambers lack seeds, whereas the lower contains a single seed (occasionally 2). The seeds are small (3 mm long) and are oval shaped.
